How much you decide to spend for the party is an important consideration. With the estimated amount of money, you need to decide how much to spend on each item like party food, cake, games and activities, craft items, prizes, goody bags etc. This is more critical if you have a small budget to work on. The more you outsource to organiser, the more money you need to spend. But having a small budget will not stop you from having a funfilled party for your child. You may have to do more preparation and get the party items yourself and select an inexpensive venue big enough to accomodate your guests. Some fast food chain also provide party ground and food at nominal charges.
